Healthy Inspriation and Reminders.

As of today there are only 130 days until the wedding! So exciting! As some of you know I have been slowly but surely dropping the weight. 30.8 pounds so far to be exact. I would like to push that number as far as get it. The right and healthy way.

Those of you who know me know that busy is probably the best word to describe my life. Between interning, job searching, wedding planning, friends, family, and church it is HARD to find time to exercise and think about eating healthy.

Sparkpeople has been the biggest help when it comes to getting in gear. If you haven't found a system you should try them out. They help you with fitness, nutrition, and have a community. And the best part is it's free!

Here some stuff to keep me goin'! Hopefully it will help you to.

Sometimes you just need a reminder to help get you back on the wagon!
