I can safely say the I have made it through day 2 of the 30 Day Challenge. And you know what? I didn't die! I'm actually more motivated because I know that i can do this!
A few changes did need to be made though. First off I changed the order of the exercises. I put the ones that are hardest for me first. Yesterday when I got to the kayakers and I was like, You want me to do 50!? I just wanted to stop right there. My order does need a few more tweeks but we'll get there.
Secondly there are a few exercises that I have no form on so I decided that I will try them everyday adding on more reps. But in the mean time I am doing other exercises so that I still do 300 reps. total. The only two that I have real trouble on are the V sit ups that you hold for 45 secs. and the leg climbers.
All in all I would say that it was a success. And I am so excited to see what happens in 30 days!
The diet was so-so today. Breakfast and lunch were fine. I had peach-pomegranate yogurt and fruit and then green beans and left over backed chicken.
For dinner I had a hot dog with some low-fat cheese wrapped in a piece of bread. And then I had a snack of graham crackers and skim milk.
So not awful but definitely not cycle 1 approved.
Today has consisted of a lot of writing. The next few weekends are going to be extremely busy so I want to get a few posts written and ready to post.
This weekend my family and I are going to Holiday World in southern Indiana for the Families Thru International Adoption (F.T.I.A) picnic. I am really looking forward to it!
