Can you believe that it is July already? We are halfway through the year already! And you know what that means: reevaluating our New Years Resolutions. I must say that some I have done well on and some not. So from here on out I have to pick up the slack and hopefully get back on track.
The day didn't start out well food wise. I should have brought my own food to Sunday school this morning. But I had a bagel with cream cheese and a bit of a breakfast enchalada.
Lunch was right on the diet. I had an unsweetened tea and a Bacon Ranch salad from McDonald's and half of the dressing.
I had planned on dinner being good but my future sister-in-law brought over dinner to my fiance's house. And let me tell you what, there was NOTHING on the diet! haha We had potato soup, chili and cornbread, and cheese cake. So yeah...
And needless to say I am PAYING for it! My belly hurts and I can't wait until tomorrow to just get back on track. This next weekend I plan to have dinner at home on Friday evening and bringing my breakfast to Sunday school this next Sunday. That will really help me get back on track.
I'm sorry that these posts are so short and picture-less. Tomorrow we will be back in business!
