17 Day Diet-Cycle 1 Day 14

Two weeks! I can not believe we have hit the two week mark! It has gone by so fast. And I'm glad because I am ready to start incorporating beef and natural grains back into my diet. And that also means...

4 days til weigh-in!

Are you excited because I know I am!

Today has been a really great day, from eating to being out and about. Today's meals consisted of:

Breakfast: Yogurt and lemon water

Lunch: Peaches and Strawberries, Broccoli with French Dressing

Dinner: Fresh Peach, Turkey Lunch Meat, one slice cheese, veggies straws, and Coconut cream yogurt

I also had a taste of Beef Stroganoff. It is a lovely dish and in a few weeks I'll actually have a meal out of it!

This afternoon my good friend Felicia and I met up at the pool with some of our siblings. It is so great to have good Christian friends to chat with! Such a blessing!

This evening I was able to hang out with my fiance as well. And any extra time with him is super special too.

Sorry it's been a short post! I'll be back in full swing tomorrow with Wedding Wednesday!

And I tracked my camera down! Yay!
