17 Day Diet- Cycle 1 Day 13

 It's the down hill slope! Friday is day 17 and Saturday is weigh-in day. Guys I am so excited! This week I am trying to do my best with sticking to the food plan and making sure I get that cardio in.

I realized the past few posts the I have totally left out the exerices part of these posts. So here is what the fiance and I did today:

Cardio: 25 mins on the elliptical trainer

Strength Training: Upper Body-Arms, Back, and Chest

This morning I decided to sleep instead of eat. Probably not the best idea. But after the gym, my fiance and I went to McDonald and I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad with Caesar dressing. As well as some tea to sip on.

Today the weather has been so much better. You can actually go outside and breath!

I had a snack of yogurt and raisans in the afternoon.

And then dinner: roasted veggies and chicken, apples, and yogurt

I don't think I can express how much I am looking forward to weighing in. Is that crazy? But I know I have worked, even with the ups and downs, and I am hoping they it all pays off.

Actually I feel like it is paying off.

Also now that I am so close to cycle 2 I have been starting to compile some ideas. The second cycle starts for me on a weekend. And you all know how I am with weekends.
