I can not believe how fast the time is going. Are we really on day 7 already?! After today we'll be counting down the days from 10!
I would have to say that the second time around has been much easier than the first time. I knew what I was getting into and a bit of an idea of what to do.
Now that we are a week in I would have to say that I do feel better. Maybe a little smaller, not as bloated, and it feels great! I can't wait until next Saturday for the weigh-in.
Today's meals have been very laid back since I had a ton of leftovers from dinner last night.
Breakfast: Lemon water, yogurt
Lunch: Green beans, salsa chicken, fat free sour cream
Dinner: Yogurt, two servings of raisins, broccoli and cauliflower to dip in low fat dressing
It is so hot I can't hardly stand to eat! My friend Bobbi and I went walking at the park and let me tell you what, that was a HARD two miles!
This evening I have been cooking for the 4th: Pasta salad full of yummy veggies and a fruit pizza. Everything was so picked over at the store so no raspberries. Oh well...
I'm looking forward to Friday because everyone is going to be home, my parents, sisters, and fiance. And we are going to be feasting on some yummy cauliflower pizza! I have made it a few times. It is so easy and even more delicious! It is a must try!
