17 Day Diet- Cycle 1 Day 16

Well here we are on the eve of day 17. I can't believe how fast it has gone! To be honest it didn't seem as much of a chore because I did have more off days. Today was one of those days.

I have had a horrible headache for about 36 hours and I suspect it might have been a migraine. But I'm not sure I haven't ever had one before.

Anyways, I digress.

Breakfast was some yogurt and leftover chicken salad.

I had a late lunch with my fiance at Pizza Paradise. They have a great salad bar so I had two full plates of yummy salad with all sorts of toppings.

Dinner was so-so I had some lunch meat, cheese, and some veggie straws. I still have some coconut cream yogurt that I need to eat but I'm just not feeling it.

So tomorrow is the last day and I plan to make it the best I can. I will be going to the gym tomorrow and Saturday, day one of the second cycle. There is no question about it.

I have also had some new additions to my diet. I have taken a multivitamin before but I decided to pick up another just to try it out. And it was just my luck that the gummy ones were on sale BOGO at CVS.

I have thought about taking a skin/hair/nails one but we will see. I'm going to have to wait a few months so I can get through the gummies.
