Well, let's face it. Today was just a typical Sunday. I know for sure that it is safe to say that absolutely everything that I ate today was not 17 Day Diet approved. And you know what? I'm ok with that. Because I know tomorrow I will hit the ground running.
Hard.
Because Saturday is judgement day at the scale. And I plan to make everything that I have done worth it.
My plan for Saturday is to have not only an amount of weight got but also to have some measurements. From the start I am so glad that I have taken them. My neck, my arms, my upper and lower waist...pretty much everything! So it will be exciting to see what happens!
And of course here is what I have eaten today:
Breakfast: Coffee with cream and sugar, biscuits and gravy, a cream cheese bar
Lunch: Chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries (if you haven't had them, you should!)
Dinner: Chicken Enchilada's, corn cake, and for dessert peach pie. So good!
On an unrelated note: tomorrow if everything goes to plan, I'm going to start off with something new: Middleton Monday's. My dear fiance came up with this and I think it would be awesome!
But like I said we will see! So until tomorrow makes some plans to work off your weekend!
