Tomorrow

The groceries have been bought, the measuring cups are ready, and the trash bags are full. You all know what that means! New diet time!

Personally I don't like to think of it as a diet, because that is not what I'm really about. I need a life style change that is going to stick around from now until the day I die. That is why I have chosen to use the 17 Day Diet as a medium to help me get to that point.

I hear you nay-sayers...

Wha...? 17 days?

Please, read the book and understand the ENTIRE program before you go off and judge it. I would hope that you do this with any diet before starting any kind of health program.

If I had only read the first cycle I would have been like heck no! I would never do that! It's not safe!

Wait? It's more than 17 days?

My point exactly.

Something that I am excited about this time around is my 17 DD workbook. My future mother in law (FMIL) was gracious enough to give me hers. And I am so excited to start filling it in with not only my meals but also what I do for exercising and and weight training. I don't want her gift to be just a waste.

This will be my fourth start on the 17 DD. I had one successful run and I plan on making this a full, successful run of all four of the cycles. I have done so much research and planning there really is no good reason for me to not just to this.

I understand that there will be some temptations along the ways as well as some hick-ups. Sorry, that's how God made me.

I am so thankful that I have a supportive network around me: my parents, my fiance, my sisters, family, and friends. It really is awesome and a blessing. If you want to follow my progress please follow me or subscribe.

Hope you all are ready for am awesome ride! Stay tuned for meal blog posts as well as the beginning of "Wedding Wednesday's" tomorrow.
