My wedding dress is in the mail! So exciting! And with only 107 days to go it is now or never for working on my arms for the big day!
Sometimes when I get on the Pinterest Fitness/Health section I tend to get information overload. It seems like that are thousands of different combinations of thousands of different moves! So I typed in "Wedding Arms" and this is what I got.

Perfect! I looked at this and I thought to myself, easy. I can do this circuit three times, three times a week not problemo! Well come to find out it was a lot harder that I expected so I only went through it once. But I fully intend on doing it three times a week and then working up to being able to go through it 3 times. I was slimmer, toned arms not bulky so I'm going to stick to 5lbs and 7.5 lbs weights.

Thanks for posting this! (I popped over from Spark). I'm going to the Caribbean in 98 days and have bought TWO bikinis (yikes!) that I plan to wear....yeah, haven't worn one in 20+ years so I'm petrified. lol. But anywho, I have been wanting a good, DOABLE arm routine at home and this one fits the bill!

DeleteThat does sound hard! But my arms are my weakest area so I may have to suck it up and have a go at this.
ReplyDeleteYou totally should! It will be worth it! For me my core is my weakest muscle group. For the most part I need to burn off body fat to uncover the work that I've already done. haha
